Job summary

Circle K is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor in Pennsylvania to lead store operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage cash, stock, and daily reporting while maintaining store standards and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 months to 1 year of retail/management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates should be able to work days and evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Rings up sales and handles payments accurately using cash registers and other payment methods.
• Operates fuel console, lottery machines, and related store tech.
• Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of the store, including floors, windows, counters and restrooms.
• Monitors stock levels, displays, and pricing per brand guidelines; assists with inventory ordering.
• Oversees shift supervision, schedules employees, and participates in training and coaching.
