Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Manager(s) and Customer Service Representative(s).
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develops, manages and assigns tasks to maintain clean, stocked, organized stores.
• Schedules employees within company guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Promotes safety and handles cash awareness and risk reduction.
