Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Leader in Indiana, PA to supervise 2+ full-time staff and ensure a clean, well-stocked store with excellent service. You will recruit, train, and schedule employees, manage relationships with suppliers, and resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong English communication, and the ability to work 50 hours per week. Hiring range: $15.00–$26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and train CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work open availability.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including managers and CSRs.
• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and store image.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and conduct check-ins per policy.
