Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in equipment and procedures used on site.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well maintained.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices during hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation of staff.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals in writing for all employees and provide feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and ensure safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication with all staff and management.
