Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability of one or more Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations in the district.

You will lead site operations, sales, customer service, and staff development to achieve financial targets. The role requires strong leadership in a retail financial services setting, adherence to regulations, and the ability to train and coach store teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead at store level.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers with active listening to resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations when needed.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Handle currency, cash, and deposits; balance end-of-day receipts.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and required timely.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metrics.
• Maintain staff schedule and cover other stores within the district.
• Support staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director of Operations with recruitment and onboarding of assistants.
• Other duties as assigned.
