Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Snellville, GA. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and supervise associates, drive guest satisfaction, and work toward financial goals.

External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our GM development path. We provide 12+ weeks of paid leadership training, GO100 certification, and a clear path to General Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals.
Drive delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain company standards.
Participate in leadership development path toward General Manager (GM) promotion after training and certification.
