Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location in Georgia. You will hire, supervise and develop team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counters.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
Hire, manage and develop associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance.
Participate in leadership development activities and progress along the General Manager pathway toward promotion.
