Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in California is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team as Store Managers. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey with 12+ weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and a GM certification path. Upon successful graduation, you will be eligible for promotion to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to hit financial goals.
• Lead through the Panda leadership training pathway toward GM readiness.
• Maintain Safe food handling and workplace safety standards.
