The role includes a structured 12+ week leadership training path, mentorship, and a route toward General Manager progression, with a strong focus on culture and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Open/close shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership training and progression toward GM development.
