Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders for its store management team in the United States. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires start as Store Managers as part of our GM development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a clear progression toward General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Experience managing teams and driving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store including hiring and directing associates.
• Aim to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the General Manager development path and leadership training.
