Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Torrance, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training, GM certification (GO100), and potential promotion to GM after graduation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA Statement: training, physical requirements and accommodation considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team to align with Panda's leadership expectations and GM development path.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training and potential promotion to General Manager after GM certification.
