Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Store Manager to run a Panda Express location, handling hiring, supervision and daily operations to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.

You will begin in a Store Manager role as part of our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a path to GM after completing required evaluations and a GM certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in the Store Management Leadership Training and GM development path.
• Support company culture and leadership expectations to build a successful store.
