Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve targets.
• Participate in a leadership training program and GM development path.
• Support a 12+ week store leadership training and GM certification process.
