The role includes a structured leadership training program lasting 12+ weeks, with evaluation milestones and a clear progression toward General Manager. A strong foundation in operations and culture will be built.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operation and staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to ensure excellent service.
• Lead training path toward General Manager readiness and development.
