Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to run a single Panda Express location, overseeing staff, scheduling, budgeting, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead a team, drive results, and participate in our extensive leadership training program aimed at GM readiness.

Expect mentorship, career growth, and a strong community culture. Starting with a comprehensive training plan, you will be evaluated after coursework (GM certification GO100) and be prepared for promotion to GM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store through leadership training and progressive development toward GM certification.
