The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, potential promotion to General Manager after GO100 certification, and participation in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and supervising associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achievement of financial goals.
• Provide leadership development and coaching to the store team and participate in training programs.
