Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a proactive Store Manager for a Dunkin’ Donuts location. You will lead daily operations, guide a team of assistant managers and crew, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, scheduling, and adherence to health and safety standards while driving store growth and guest satisfaction. Must be 21+ with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years in food service/retail preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to ensure standards in customer service, safety, and product preparation.
• Lead and develop a team of assistants, shift leads, and crew.
• Manage inventory, orders, and new product/promotions.
• Handle cash management, scheduling, and budgeting to optimize operations.
• Engage with guests to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
