Job summary

Couto Management operates Dunkin’ shops in Eastern Massachusetts from the North Shore to Cape Cod and is seeking motivated Managers to join our growing team.

You will train and supervise staff, complete weekly reports and safety assessments, ensure courteous and efficient guest service, and oversee food and beverage prep to Dunkin’ standards across shifts. A clear path for advancement is encouraged within our expanding network.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in quick service retail; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Certified or willing to become certified in ServSafe and Dunkin Brands courses as required by local health authorities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff, management and customers.
• Must meet Board of Health requirements for freedom from communicable diseases.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervision of employees.
• Completing weekly reports, safety assessments, and maintaining records.
• Ensuring customers are served courteously, accurately, and efficiently.
• Prepares food and beverages in accordance with Dunkin Donuts specifications.
• Handles additional projects or duties as assigned by Upper Management.
