Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2+ years in a food service/retail environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to a team of managers, shift leaders, and crew members.
• Engage with the community and local activities to build the store’s image.
• Oversee store operations to ensure standards in service, food cost, safety, and sanitation.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and drive store performance and morale.
• Collaborate with area managers, lead store meetings, and drive growth initiatives.
• Interact with guests, handle feedback, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
