Job summary

Rainbow USA is seeking a Store Manager to create a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers. Maximize store volume in line with company goals, policies, and procedures.

Recruit, interview, hire store associates, and recommend promotions and salary adjustments. Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day; maintain an orderly system for planning, coordination, and follow-through to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years previous store management experience, in a women's apparel specialty store is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Maximize store volume in accordance with company goals, policies, procedures, etc.
• Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates; recommend promotions and salary adjustments.
• Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day.
• Maintain an orderly system for planning, coordination, follow-through and completion of tasks.
• Ensure proper scheduling within payroll budgets, floor coverage and floor management.
• Implement and follow loss prevention procedures to minimize store shrinkage.
