Job summary

Rainbow USA is seeking a Store Manager to create a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers while maximizing store volume in line with company goals and policies.

You will recruit, interview, hire store associates, ensure outstanding customer service, maintain visual presentation, manage scheduling within payroll budgets, and apply loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store management experience in a women's apparel specialty store.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Maximize store volume in accordance with company goals and policies.
• Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates; promote and salary adjustments.
• Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day.
• Maintain an orderly system for planning, coordination, and follow-through to meet goals.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation at all times.
• Schedule within payroll budgets, floor coverage, and floor management to maximize volume.
• Implement and follow loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
