Responsibilities include maximizing sales, maintaining visual standards, following loss prevention procedures, and scheduling within payroll budgets. 3+ years in women’s apparel store management is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years previous store management experience, in a women's apparel specialty store is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Maximize store volume in accordance with all store and Company goals, policies, procedures.
• Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates.
• Recommend associates for promotion and salary adjustments.
• Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day.
• Manage scheduling within payroll budgets to maximize store performance, visual presentation.
