Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Store Manager in San Diego to drive sales performance, lead the team, and act as a brand ambassador for VIP clients. You will manage merchandising and inventory, coach staff, and own full P&L responsibilities to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and increase sales performance through analysis, action plans, and sales strategies.
• Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business and engage clients.
• Work with merchandising to ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels.
• Be present on the sales floor to coach and empower sales staff and cultivate private appointments.
• Lead customer service quality and mentor the team to meet service standards.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks including scheduling, reporting, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Own full profit and loss responsibility, controlling costs and meeting sales plans.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Proven drive for results and goal orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong digital literacy.
• Experience using POS systems and inventory management functions; RTW experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays and to lift up to 10 lbs.
