You will recruit, coach and motivate a high‑end retail team while managing HR functions and store processes. The role focuses on achieving KPI targets through CRM, events and local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand the customer base by capitalizing on high‑profile clientele and sales opportunities
• Implement and manage the boutique’s client outreach and CRM program to drive financial performance and exceed KPIs
• Motivate and develop the team through goal setting, performance management and accountability
• Oversee all HR functions, scheduling and day‑to‑day store operations to ensure service and operational standards
• Monitor market trends and local competitors and execute strategic business plans to drive incremental sales
