Qualificações

• Experience leading retail staff and delivering customer service.
• Ability to train, coach and lead by example.
• Experience in payroll and time clock maintenance.
• Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate interview screenings, interviews, and references.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate staffing.
• Assess performance and provide feedback/evaluations.
• Develop associates' skills through ongoing training.
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and usage.
• Implement merchandising plans and maintain store appearance.
• Develop solutions to customer problems and business needs.
• Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
