Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to drive retail growth by motivating associates to help customers create their personal style. You will direct activities to achieve store goals, elevate engagement, and present an inspiring, fashionable environment.

You will lead interviews, forecast staffing, monitor performance, train teams, manage payroll, enrollment and benefits, and ensure merchandising standards. Flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service - train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder
• Coordinate the interview process: conduct screenings, interviews, and references
• Maintain appropriate staffing - forecast future staffing needs
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service and increase sales - provide feedback and performance evaluations
• Develop associate's skills to meet store goals - conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store's visual appearance and cleanliness
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and business needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
