• Maximize store volume in line with company goals and policies.
• Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates; recommend promotions and salary adjustments.
• Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the day.
• Maintain visual presentation and fashion standards in the store.
• Schedule within payroll budgets and manage floor coverage.
• Implement loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage.
