Responsibilities

• Create and promote a friendly, professional environment with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Maximize store volume in line with goals and policies.
• Recruit, interview, select and hire store associates.
• Recommend associates for promotion and salary adjustments.
• Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the business day.
• Maintain an orderly system for planning, coordination, follow-through and completion of tasks, which result in the achievement of store and Company goals.
• Adjust directions/scheduling to meet store needs and business demands.
• Ensure the store maintains excellent visual presentation at all times, presenting a fashion statement.
• Ensure proper scheduling within payroll budgets and floor management to maximize store volume.
• Implement and follow all loss prevention procedures to minimize store shrinkage.
