Job summary

Pacsun in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a customer-focused, sales-driven team. You’ll own in-store presentation and operations, coach the management and associate teams, and drive brand-aligned strategies to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires a minimum five years of retail experience, at least two years in management, a four-year degree preferred, strong communication skills, and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven ability to drive sales results in high volume environment.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in math and strong computer skills.
• Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum two years of retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Builds product confidence by creating accountability through training and seasonal education tools.
• Supports and executes product, visual and marketing directives, maintaining standards.
• Maintains a clean, well-organized store and stockroom, promoting safety and customer experience.
• Drives digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Coaches management and associates to align with company goals and drive performance.
• Communicates store feedback to District/Market Manager to grow the business.
• Willingness to travel periodically for meetings/workshops.
