Qualifications

• Minimum five years retail experience.
• Minimum of two years retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive sales results in a high sales volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Builds product confidence by coaching teams using product education tools.
• Maintains store standards and organizes stockroom and floor presentation.
• Drives digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS.
• Coaches Management and Associates to align with company goals and metrics.
• Communicates feedback to District or Market Manager to grow the business.
