Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience.
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and stockroom to maximize customer experience and safety.
• Shares feedback from customers with leadership to improve the overall experience.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate performance and recognizes outstanding work.
• Drives efficiency in all operational store processes and adheres to company directives and standards.
• Maintains merchandise flow, presentation standards and visual directives.
