You will manage daily store operations, hire and develop talent, and oversee planning with a data-driven approach, including budgeting, payroll, and community engagement

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience.
• Hospitable mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to create action plans to drive results.
