Knitwell Group, owner of LOFT stores including the South Windsor location, seeks a Store Manager who will lead the customer and associate experience, drive profitability, and uphold visual standards. You will coach your team to reach its full potential.

Requires 2+ years in retail or service management, a hospitality mindset, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This regular, full-time role offers benefits and a pay range of $60,940 to $73,130 USD.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates

• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent

• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results

• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
