Responsibilities span merchandising, inventory control, quarterly planning, budget management, and end-to-end operation excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of people management experience (recruiting, hiring, performance)
• 1 year managing business operations and labor scheduling
• Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

• Set the store vision and cascade to the team.
• Oversee hiring strategy to build a diverse team.

• Drive merchandising, inventory and product actions.
• Plan quarterly/seasonal store strategy including budgets and labor.
