Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store activities across a 40+ hour work week, including weekends. You will drive sales, customer satisfaction, payroll, budgeting, and staff scheduling while maintaining store standards and inventory control.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and proven retail sales management success; preferred 2-year college degree. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities
