Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an exempt Store Manager in Nashville, TN. The role requires leading a retail team, delivering customer service, driving store sales, managing payroll and budgets, and scheduling staff across five days, including weekends.

The position offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior success in retail sales management, strong communication skills, inventory discipline, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
