Reformation in Rockville, MD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will help lead our team to deliver exceptional service and sustainable fashion experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, coach staff, schedule effectively, and ensure brand standards across merchandising, operations, and customer engagement.

This role requires at least four years of retail management, a fast-paced mindset, and strong collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems.
• The skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• A proactive sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work.

Responsabilités

• Measure and monitor sales performance; take action to improve business performance.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Drive elevated client experience as a brand ambassador and educate on sustainability.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver customer-first experiences to build loyal client relationships.
• Assist customers and monitor client interaction; provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Balance sales and service with optimal staffing and payroll goals.
• Deliver and maintain extraordinary customer experience NPS scores.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and train the team on controls.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and train the store team.
• Support operational execution to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
• Assist in merchandising presentation and standards using reporting to strategize.
• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance.
• Ensure selling floor reflects brand standards; train staff in visual and digital merchandising.
• Manage day-to-day performance and foster career development.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of the store team.
