The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $14.70–$25.00 plus a monthly store performance bonus, with benefits and flexible opportunities typical of retail leadership positions.

Formación

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
