FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our stores. You’ll coach and develop staff, manage loans and merchandise, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage from $14.70 to $25.00 plus a lucrative monthly bonus, Earned Wage Access, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and paid vacation after service.

Qualifikationen

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to work extended periods, including weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Must be able to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Store Managers will work 45+ hours a week.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and secure customer loans.
• Administer store processes including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and integrity.
