Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda restaurant, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and service standards and manage conflicts effectively.
