Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program and have opportunities for growth into management positions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a strong learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead store initiatives and drive performance through coaching and training.
• Participate in eight or more weeks of leadership training provided by Panda.
