The Store Manager will partner with HR, Asset Protection and Operations to execute the company’s mission, develop talent, and analyze data to inform store-specific strategies. Travel is occasional and limited.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment with annual sales over $20M
• 5 years in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment
• Experience using customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions
• Experience leading change initiatives
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain sales licensure if required by law

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional service to customers
• Monitor store performance, profitability, and program flow
• Champion asset protection and safety initiatives
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, compliance, safety, and workforce
