Kinn Studio is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager for our Flagship Store in Culver City. You’ll own daily store performance, lead and develop a high-performing team, and deliver an elevated, personalized client experience on the sales floor.

This role suits a sales-driven leader who thrives on client relationships, coaching, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence while maintaining brand standards and a positive, collaborative culture.

Competenze

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience, including at least 2 years managing a team.
• Luxury retail, jewelry, or high-touch client service experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Skilled in team development, clienteling, inventory management, and retail operations.

• Communicate sales trends, client insights, staffing needs, and operational updates to leadership.

The Role

Kinn is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our Flagship Store in Culver City. You’ll own daily store performance, lead and develop a high-performing team, and deliver an elevated, personalized client experience.

This role is ideal for a sales-driven leader who thrives on the sales floor, builds lasting client relationships, and balances business growth with strong team leadership and operational excellence.

Reports to: Director of Retail / Operations

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

• Drive store sales and achieve individual and team targets.

• Track KPIs, including conversion, average order value, client retention, and productivity.

• Lead from the sales floor, support client appointments, and drive repeat business.

Client Experience & Clienteling

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury shopping experience.

• Build client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and CRM management in Endear.

• Coach the team on clienteling and resolve escalated client concerns.

Team Leadership
