Responsibilities

• Create and offer high quality coffee beverages.
• Lead, train, and inspire supervisors and baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide genuine customer service, drink execution, and POS training.
• Ensure operational efficiency while keeping a welcoming café atmosphere.
• Manage high quality drink execution and product knowledge at each store.
• Hire, develop, motivate, and promote baristas and supervisors.
• Lead bi-annual reviews of staff.
• Grow store sales through excellent drink execution and service.
• Purchase inventory for the store and manage supplies."
• Ensure café and equipment are maintained for a clean, safe coffee environment.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and communicate with District Manager.
