Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily store operations in Corry, PA. This hands-on role will manage people, performance and profitability while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and team members.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; build schedules; coach and mentor; and drive sales, inventory control and financial reporting. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of fast food/retail management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation for position requirements
• Serve Safe certification preferred
• Strong math, accounting and computer skills
• Excellent supervisory and organizational abilities
• Able to work all shifts; minimum 46 hours per week

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of fast food/retail management experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation for position requirements (e.g., meetings, banking)
• Serve Safe certification, preferred
• Ability to utilize basic business math and accounting skills, computer skills and strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Must be able to work all shifts - weekends and holidays based on business needs; this position requires a minimum of 46 hours per week
