Job summary

Peet’s Coffee, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Walnut Creek to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and hit store goals. You will supervise daily operations, manage inventory and scheduling, and coach partners to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience in service, food industry or equivalent related experience and training in related industry.
• Maintain open availability and follow scheduling guidelines working 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a variety of hours to support business needs (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Perform various physical tasks during the work shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.
• Manage inventory, cash handling and staff scheduling.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to employees.
• Ensure store operates with high standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance.
