Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team that keeps store functions running smoothly.
• Ensuring the store is staffed by attracting, assessing and onboarding future teammates.
• Equipping store employees with tools for day-to-day success.
• Leading store team and business results, including budgeting, planning and customer service.
