Nike Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume store, coach a diverse team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage daily operations, and drive store performance, including merchandising, scheduling, and guest experience. Nike offers benefits and growth opportunities while you help communities stay active and connected to sport.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Proven conflict resolution and coaching skills.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip employees with tools to succeed in daily tasks.
• Drive store results and manage budgeting, planning and service.
• Oversee product lifecycle from stockroom to display and sales floor.
