Fabletics is seeking a passionate Retail Store Manager for our Cherry Creek store in Denver, CO. You will lead all aspects of sales and operations, creating a world-class retail environment and ensuring a seamless shopper journey across online and brick-and-mortar channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and sales performance.
• Recruit, hire and train Associates and Supervisors.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Inventory teams for timely outcomes.
• Ensure payroll, inventory and paperwork are managed efficiently.
• Develop store merchandising guidelines to enhance shopper journey.
