Fabletics is seeking a passionate Retail Store Manager for The Mall in Columbia, MD. You will oversee all sales and operations, lead a team of 10 to 12 Associates and Supervisors, and recruit, hire and train staff to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will work with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment to drive engagement, payroll and inventory management, ensuring a seamless online-to-store shopping experience and a vibrant in-store

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a manager within a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Partners inside/outside the store.
• Ability to lead large teams and set goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with building and using spreadsheet models (Excel).
• Able to multitask and work under pressure; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train Store Associates and Supervisors.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events and promotions.
• Direct daily activities of Store Supervisors and Associates to meet store goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment for timely outcomes.
• Manage Payroll, Inventory and store paperwork to ensure efficiency.
• Develop store merchandising guidelines to improve the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to improve business across levels.
